Improving expertise in the field of industrial relations
In line with the remarks in the budget of the European Union, budget heading04 03 01 08 is intended to cover actions to support industrial relations, in particularthose designed to develop expertise and the exchange of EU-relevant information, aswell as actions to improve knowledge on industrial relations institutions and practicesacross the EU and dissemination of results.
EaSI-EURES: Targeted Mobility Scheme - Your first EURES job
Selected projects in the framework of this call for proposals should support and finance the following groups:„h young people (aged 18-35) willing to find a job, traineeship or apprenticeship and move to another Member State;„h employers and SMEs in particular when these provide an integration programme for their newly-recruited young mobile workers, trainees or apprentices.
Information, consultation and participation of representatives of undertakings
For the financial year 2015 the following objectives may be supported under this Call forProposals:a) to promote actions designed to prepare the setting up of transnational information,consultation and participation bodies and mechanisms arising from the application of EUlaw on employee involvement;b) to promote the exchange of information and good practice aimed at creatingfavourable conditions for the setting up of national information, consultation andparticipation bodies and mechanisms arising from the application of EU law on employeeinvolvement;c) to promote action aiming to familiarize the social partners and actors at company levelwith the content of EU law on transnational employee involvement and to enable them toexercise their rights and their duties in this regard;d) to promote initiatives to strengthen transnational cooperation between workers' andemployers' representatives in respect of information, consultation, and participation ofemployees within companies operating in more than one Member State;e) to promote transnational actions involving representatives of the new Member Statesand of Candidate Countries in the field of employee involvement;f) to promote action aiming to familiarize the actors represented at company level withtransnational company agreements and to strengthen their cooperation within theEuropean Union;g) to promote operations fostering the development of employee involvement inundertakings (also, when necessary, taking into account possible specific needs ofemployees with disabilities) as well as to follow up on the findings of the "Fitness check"on EU acts in the area of Information and Consultation of Workers;h) to promote innovative actions relating to employee involvement, with the view ofsupporting the anticipation of change and the prevention and resolution of disputes in thecontext of corporate restructuring, mergers, take-overs and relocation in Union scaleundertakings and groups of undertakings;i) to strengthen cooperation between the social partners for the development of employeeinvolvement in the design of solutions addressing the consequences of the economiccrisis, such as collective redundancies, or the need for a shift towards an inclusive,sustainable, and low-carbon economy;5j) to develop expertise across Member States, promoting cooperation between relevantAuthorities and stakeholders and fostering relations with the Union Institutions so as tosupport the implementation and improve the effectiveness of EU law on employeeinvolvement.
Support for social dialogue
OBJECTIVES OF THIS CALL FOR PROPOSALSIn line with the remarks in the budget of the European Union, budget heading04 03 01 08 is intended to cover grants for promoting social dialogue at cross-industryand sectoral level in accordance with Article 154 of the Treaty on the Functioning of theEuropean Union (TFEU), and for developing European social dialogue in its differentdimensions of information exchange, consultation, negotiation and joint action.
Information and training measures for workers
OBJECTIVES OF THIS CALL FOR PROPOSALSIn line with the remarks in the budget of the European Union, budget heading 04 03 01 05 is intended to cover grants for information and training measures for workers' organisations in accordance with Article 154 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
Projects to support judicial cooperation in civil or criminal matters
The proposals in the area of judicial cooperation in civil matters shall focus on thefollowing priorities:a) to contribute to the correct and consistent implementation of the followinginstruments:- Regulation (EU) No1215/2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement ofjudgments in civil and commercial matters (recast)- Regulation (EC) No 2201/2003 concerning divorce and parental custody matters,"Brussels IIa Regulation"- Council Regulation (EC) No 4/2009 on jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition andenforcement of decisions and cooperation in matters relating to maintenanceobligations- The 2007 Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and OtherForms of Family Maintenance and its Protocol on the Law Applicable to MaintenanceObligations;- Council Regulation (EU) No 1259/2010 implementing enhanced cooperation in thearea of the law applicable to divorce and legal separation- Regulation (EU) No 650/2012 on jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition andenforcement of decisions and acceptance and enforcement of authentic instruments inmatters of successions and on the creation of a European Certificate of Succession- Regulation (EU) No 606/2013 on mutual recognition of protection measures in civilmattersTo this aim, the call will fund activities on data collection, surveys and research; mutuallearning, exchange of good practices, cooperation, including identifying best practiceswhich may be transferable to other participating countries; and dissemination andawareness raising activities.
Establishing a network on quality a and cost-effectiveness in long-term care and dependency prevention
The purpose of this call is to bring together institutions that can develop solid evidence on the costeffectiveness of investments in a wide range of measures to reduce the gap between the need for,and supply of, long-term care, including prevention, rehabilitation, assistive technologies and agefriendlyenvironments as well as a more efficient organisation of care systems (notably throughbetter coordination of the different actors involved in providing care).
